Today we strive for the perfect job, the perfect house, body, life etc. But we all seem to forget about our spirituality.
We need to understand that the soul needs TLC as well as the body.
Does it really take to much of our time to meditate every day? It is a wonderful way of keeping your spirit "healthy" and a great way of staying in touch with your "true" self.
Another great thing about meditation is that you will be able to connect to your helpers on the other side. They have advice to give you at times and comfort to give when you need it the most. There are so many benefits in meditation. I would recommend all to try it at some point. It is real soothing for the spirit.

I believe that healing is also a subject to talk about. I do not know to much of this at the moment, and there for I would be greatful for anyone to give us a few hints on this subject :)
